You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.

- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@grayspirationdesign.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
- Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
- Return Process:

- Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
