Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations:
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order, as well as the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

Delivery:
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Our delivery partners may require a signature upon receipt of your order.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@grayspirationdesign.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
